North-style food specialities

A tasty and friendly food for 16 euros (complete menu).
 

The food in Nord-Pas-de-Calais is a french one but it has been received influences from Flanders and the close Picardie. Located between countryside and sea, the basic products are herring, rabbit, chicory, potato and beer. The meals with meat
are prepared for a long time, the fishes are smoked and the traditionnal flavours mix sweet and bitterness.

All our meals are served with traditionnal cheese from the region like  the Maroilles or the cheese from Bergues.

All our products are bought in local farms: the Grommendyck and Breyard farms.
